Goal
The goal was to make it easier for students to find and enroll in courses online, streamlining the process and improving access to education.
Problem
Senac faced overcrowding and inconsistent enrollment nationwide. The project created an online platform to streamline the process.
Research and Analysis
Shadowing
Exploratory research involved observing the enrollment process and identifying pain points of Senac's secretaries.
User Interviews
Interviews with students were conducted to understand their experiences with the enrollment process.

Design Process
The redesign focused on addressing the identified technical and usability issues through targeted design and content strategy adjustments.

Ideation
The project’s direction was shaped by extensive ideation, focusing on delivering smart solutions and leveraging Senac’s existing intelligence technologies.

Prototyping
We used Figma to build high-fidelity prototypes, creating a design library based on Senac’s brand guidelines.

User Testing
Moderated testing with 10 students, split into two rounds, highlighted the need for usability improvements in the tested prototype.

Iteration
Significant changes were made, including simplifying the web app’s copy to eliminate jargon and addressing minor usability issues.
